At Dil Foods, we're passionate about creating innovative virtual brands that cater to daily meal requirements.

As a Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting the marketing efforts of our food brand. Your primary responsibility will be to drive all planning, project management, and execution for campaigns across various platforms to increase awareness, customer engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute efficient marketing strategies to promote food products across digital and offline channels.
  • Assist in photo shoot and video shoot coordination as needed for campaigns.
  • Collaborate with city business and central teams to develop promotional strategies and product positioning.
  • Identify and manage agencies and vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Coordinate in-store promotions, tastings, food festivals, and trade events.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights.
  • Engage with food bloggers, influencers, and content creators to boost product reach.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and consumer preferences.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the brand and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • 6-12 months experience in a marketing role, preferably in the food, FMCG, events, or startup ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in digital and offline marketing tools and platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, Zomato/Swiggy dashboards, OOH, events, BTL).
  • Excellent execution, timeline management, and communication skills.
  • A creative mindset with an understanding of current food and dining trends.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work long hours as expected in a startup ecosystem.
