Renovation Project Manager - Hotels

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project manager to oversee hotel renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of MEP, architectural finishes, luxury interiors, and fit-outs.

  • Manage the overall planning and execution of hotel renovation projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, and contractors to finalize project designs and specifications.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, cost tracking systems, and variation approval processes.
  • Oversee material procurement, scheduling, and reconciliation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, as well as quality control measures.

Requirements:

  • BE Civil or related field with at least 5 years of experience in hotel renovation project management.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP, architectural finishes, luxury interiors, and fit-outs.
