Senior Director Job Description

Drive large-scale global engagements for Hi-Tech customers as a Senior Director. This leadership role partners with client decision-makers, manages diverse delivery teams across geographies, and owns overall account health, growth, and P&L.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead global delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of large, complex programs.
  • Re-engineer processes, modernize shared services, and drive digital transformation.
  • Represent in RFPs/RFIs, solution design, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage client relationships, vendor onboarding, acquisitions, and knowledge transfers.
  • Ensure delivery excellence, ROI, and account growth while building strong stakeholder trust.
Required Skills and Qualifications

20+ years in Operations delivery with 18+ years in leadership, preferably in CMT/Hi-Tech. Proven experience in digital transformation, process re-engineering, and global delivery management. Strong expertise in RFP/RFI responses, solution design, and revenue/growth initiatives.

Excellent stakeholder management, analytical skills, and global team leadership experience required.
