AI Delivery Leadership Opportunity

As a seasoned delivery leader, you have the unique opportunity to shape the execution and delivery of AI and GenAI solutions for a rapidly scaling fintech. This pivotal role demands your expertise in orchestrating delivery across engineering, data, and product teams, ensuring world-class outcomes at pace and scale.

  • You will set delivery frameworks, drive programme governance, and lead high-impact initiatives that redefine how financial services adopt AI globally.
  • This leadership position requires your ability to anticipate delivery risks, resolve blockers, and ensure projects scale on time and within scope.
  • You will establish reporting structures, dashboards, and KPIs to track progress and communicate results to executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Define and Implement Delivery Frameworks: Develop and implement agile practices and programme governance for AI and GenAI initiatives.
  2. Oversee End-to-End Delivery: Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex AI programmes, from scoping to deployment and adoption.
  3. Drive Team Alignment: Oversee alignment between engineering, data, and product teams to ensure milestones, budgets, and outcomes are met.
  4. Anticipate and Resolve Risks: Anticipate delivery risks and resolve blockers, ensuring projects scale on time and within scope.
  5. Partner with Stakeholders: Partner with business stakeholders to ensure that delivery outcomes align with commercial goals and customer impact.
