Role Overview

You'll play a crucial role in enhancing and optimizing models driving Arctan's real-time speech AI. You'll work on analyzing, processing, and modeling data to make our systems more intelligent.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and fine-tuning Speech to Speech machine learning models
  • Experimenting with data-driven solutions to boost AI performance
  • Working on feature engineering and dataset preparation to train robust models
  • Collaborating with the team to evaluate and deploy models into production

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving skills, paired with a passion for continuous learning
  • 1-3 years of experience in Data Science and related fields
  • Experience with speech processing or NLP
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with data science libraries
  • Understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Familiarity with working on datasets and data preprocessing techniques
