As a seasoned platform engineer, you will design and implement golden paths to streamline development processes across the organization. Your expertise will enhance application observability, ensuring robust monitoring and diagnostics capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and oversee implementation of Windows Server solutions including Configuration Manager, Group Policy, and CIS-based security hardening.
  • Define and enforce best practices for patch management, server software deployment, and disk space remediation.
  • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex infrastructure issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure capabilities with business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with CIS benchmarks and internal security standards.
  • Monitor system health and performance, proactively addressing risks and inefficiencies.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in Windows Server engineering, including SCCM, Active Directory, and GPO.
  • Proficient in Ansible automation, especially in writing playbooks and roles for patching, reporting, and orchestration.
  • Solid understanding of the Vulnerability Management Lifecycle and remediation planning.
  • Experience in administering Group policy and Active Directory for server management, access control, and compliance enforcement.
  • Proficiency in scripting (Powershell, YAML) for automation tasks and system integration.
