Job Role Summary

This senior electrical design management position oversees the entire project lifecycle from conceptualization to delivery. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of DC SMPS based Power Systems, UPS Panels, and Distribution Panels.

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within specified timelines and budgets.
  • Create innovative product solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain strong technical expertise and provide engineering support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyze project goals and prepare detailed design documents.
  • Ensure compliance with technical specifications and engineering standards through thorough review of designs and calculations.
  • Optimize BOM costs by suggesting alternative solutions.
  • Promote quality engineering documentation and implement best practices for accuracy.
  • Plan and execute process improvements and new product developments as per Quality Management System requirements.
  • Provide proactive and contemporary engineering support to production and quality teams.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships to understand their needs.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
  • Validate and characterize prototypes to ensure quality and performance.
  • Manage project schedules and MIS reporting to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Streamline day-to-day processes to maintain quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and files conforming to technical norms for easy retrieval during audits.
