Sr Electrical Design Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Electrical Design Specialist to develop and manage 3D electrical models.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in electrical design, Revit MEP, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Model Development Develop and manage 3D electrical models using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
  • Create electrical layouts, schematics, conduit/tray routing, panel schedules, and lighting and ELV systems.
  • Circuit Layouts Prepare electrical circuit layouts, schematics, and construction drawings.
  • Clash Detection Ensure clash detection and resolution by coordinating with other MEP disciplines.
  • Shop Drawings Generate shop drawings, as-built drawings, and installation drawings based on design models.
  • BIM Collaboration Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors for BIM execution and coordination.
  • BIM Standards Follow project-specific BIM standards, LOD requirements, and documentation protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in BIM electrical modelling for MEP projects.
  • Software Proficiency Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360, Di-Roots, Dynamo.
  • Electrical Systems Strong understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, lighting, and cable routing.
  • Coordination Experience with clash detection, coordination, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • BEPs and LOD Knowledge of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.
