Our organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Officer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about procurement and supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries and responding to quotations in Excel
  • Coordinating prices and availability with vendors
  • Timely procurement and PO release to vendors
  • Order and supply coordination with branches
  • Documenting and providing invoice support to customers
  • Maintaining price and product analytics data

 

"Must have" requirements include experience in purchase and invoicing, preferably from the FMCG industry or Marine Logistics. A good understanding of MS Excel is essential. Other valuable skills include proficiency in GST and product awareness, as well as knowledge of shipping documentation and procedures. Additional desirable qualities include being a fast learner and having proficiency in Hindi and regional languages.
