Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement operations team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process from requisition to payment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing procurement processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Managing relationships with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in any subject area, with a master's degree being a plus.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in procurement operations, with exposure to both product and services procurement.
  • Thorough knowledge of procurement processes and tools such as P2P and ERP systems.
  • Experience working on operations related to conversion of purchase requisitions into purchase orders and standard contract templates/boilerplates.
