Our platform will allow young Indians to engage in various activities together, such as reading books, debating politics, brainstorming startups, volunteering, running, playing games, or simply finding genuine community in whatever way they like.

The format of the platform will evolve over time, but the mission remains clear: to help young Indians reconnect with each other in meaningful and offline ways.

">Role Overview:

As Finance & Operations Co-Founder, you will lead the financial strategy, fundraising, and operational scale-up of our platform. You will be responsible for ensuring that we have the necessary resources, systems, and processes in place to grow sustainably from day one.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive financial strategy that aligns with our mission and goals
  • Leading fundraising efforts to secure the necessary funding to support our growth
  • Designing and implementing operational systems and processes that enable us to scale effectively
  • Overseeing the development of key partnerships and collaborations that support our mission

This role requires a strong leader who can drive strategic decision-making, build effective relationships, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in finance and operations leadership roles
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and decision-making skills
