Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategize, plan, and execute paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms to boost sales and revenue.
  • Optimize performance continuously to improve ROI and reduce CAC through data-driven insights.
  • Leverage market trends and competitor analysis to guide budget allocation and audience targeting.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and create seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • A strong track record managing campaigns for international markets, preferably in high-growth startups or global brands.
  • 3–4+ years of experience in performance marketing, with expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and attribution tools.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, combined with analytical and data interpretation abilities.
