Job Description:

A Training Manager is responsible for the delivery and execution of training programs, activation targets, team capability building, and governance & feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Delivery & Execution: Manage trainers and deliver training plans across induction, refreshers, skill builders, assessments, and product/process updates. Create training calendars and dashboards; ensure logistics and subject matter expert availability.
  • Activation Targets: Drive and monitor trainer performance to achieve activation goals (first successful cross-sell within defined time). Take corrective actions to close performance gaps.
  • Team Capability Building: Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions, quality audits, and provide coaching to build trainer expertise and maintain delivery excellence.
  • Governance & Feedback: Ensure compliance and code of conduct adherence. Capture and share training data, insights, and ground feedback with leadership to support strategy and decision-making.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have excellent training delivery skills, ability to drive results, and strong interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in training management are required.
