The Opportunity

Our team is seeking experienced software engineers to collaborate with us in India and contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions.


Job Responsibilities
  1. Work closely with our talented cross-functional team to design, develop, and deploy new user-facing features using TypeScript/Javascript on both the frontend and backend.
  2. Ensure all code is thoroughly covered by automated unit tests and end-to-end tests, and that all features meet quality checks before deployment.
  3. Contribute to the improvement of practices and processes within the team.
  4. Research new technologies and tools and share knowledge with the rest of the team.
  5. Participate in agile ceremonies; regularly delivering value in two-week sprints.
  6. Collaborate with our AWS platform team to deploy infrastructure using Kubernetes.
  7. Help shape the overall architecture and direction of the application.

Requirements
  • Be user-centric and solve customer problems collaboratively.
  • Possess exceptional analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with both relational databases and NoSQL solutions.
  • At least 5 years of overall experience and 2+ years of experience deploying and maintaining applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.).
  • Love identifying new technologies, patterns, and techniques and planning out how to apply them to improve productivity, code quality, and user experience.
  • Affinity for profiling and analyzing code to identify areas for improvement.
  • Good understanding of CI/CD, unit testing, and automated end-to-end testing.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of functional programming patterns.
  • 3+ years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on NodeJS.
  • Experience in building microservices-based architectures.
  • Ability to deliver in a global team environment with members working remotely in various time zones and locations.
