Sitecore Developer Position

This is a high-impact, short-term opportunity for a skilled Sitecore Developer to support the delivery of a multi-brand, multilingual portal (Arabic/English).

  • Owning content modeling and taxonomy design for a multi-brand, multilingual (Arabic/English) portal is crucial for our business growth.
  • We are looking for someone who can configure XMCC templates, workflows, RBAC, publishing approvals, and SLAs efficiently.
  • Defining Experience Edge (GraphQL) schemas/contracts in partnership with Next.js/React teams will be a key responsibility.
  • The selected candidate will run content releases using Sitecore Content Serialization (SCS) and manage environment promotion effectively.
  • Leading migration activities from CH1/XM → XM Cloud, including mapping, redirects, validation, and QA will also be part of the job.
  • Maintaining compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA, SEO metadata, Open Graph, and schema.org standards is essential for our brand reputation.
  • Setting up preview/localization workflows, language fallback, and improving authoring UX will enhance our team's productivity.
  • Establishing governance frameworks: contribution guidelines, checklists, and QA playbooks will ensure consistency in our work.
  • Tracking content KPIs and analytics; optimizing search quality (facets, synonyms, zero-results) will help us make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
  • A strong experience with Sitecore XM/XM Cloud is necessary for this role.
  • Proven expertise in headless content modeling, workflows, and RBAC is required.
  • Hands-on experience with GraphQL and Experience Edge is a must.
  • Content release management with SCS is essential for our project success.
