Senior Engineer Role

As a seasoned Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of digitalization projects in the commercial area. Your primary objective will be to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams and manage project schedules, overseeing the entire project lifecycle.
  • Digitalization: Implement digital solutions to enhance business processes, improve efficiency, and drive growth.
  • Requirements Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring clarity, concision, and actionability.
  • Gap Analysis: Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between requirements and proposed solutions.
  • Business Process Design: Design and document business processes that incorporate new solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong understanding of best practices and services in SAP Commerce Cloud, including code quality, security, authorizations, administration, user management, analytics/metrics, upgradation, overall architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactivity to manage difficult tasks and schedules in a timely manner.
  • Constantly improving knowledge in different areas of Hybris/SAP Commerce Cloud.
