Job Title: Client Servicing Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage top-tier client relationships and lead the execution of strategic digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have commercial acumen, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.

The key responsibilities include managing client relationships, planning and executing campaigns, delivering strategic guidance, monitoring performance, and driving revenue growth.

The successful candidate will be able to handle multiple projects, teams, and deadlines simultaneously with composure and clarity. They will also possess strong verbal and written communication skills with client-facing polish.

Our ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of account management experience in a digital/creative agency and a solid understanding of digital marketing, content creation, performance media, and influencer strategy. They should be adaptable, proactive, and professional under pressure.

They will play a key role in driving account revenue and contributing to overall agency growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, introducing new services or retainer scopes, and collaborating with the new business team to pitch ideas and renew or expand contracts.

As a client servicing manager, they will mentor junior account executives or interns, sharing best practices and leadership guidance. They will drive internal brainstorming sessions to enhance campaign quality and originality and tackle challenges head-on, whether it's a tight deadline, a shifting brief, or a difficult client conversation.

Key qualifications for this role include a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and project trackers, and the ability to handle multiple projects, teams, and deadlines simultaneously.
