Job Title: Key Financial Operations Manager

Key Financial Operations Manager Job Description

The Key Financial Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. This includes reviewing monthly closing of accounts, handling team activities, and meeting deadlines.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Review and prepare financial statements, double-checking bookkeeping and accounting work to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and US office staff regarding financial matters.
  • Produce MIS reports, including budgets, and assist in preparing CPA work papers.
  • Assist with income tax preparation and filing, as well as 1099s/W-2s preparation and filing.
  • Manage Intacct Time Entry and monitor systems and processes for improvement.
  • Maintain employee relationships and performance management, ensuring all internal processes and systems are followed.
  • Collaborate with management to improve efficiency and profitability of clients, collecting key data such as Work Planner and Financial Statements Submission Checklist in a timely manner.
  • Oversee client billing, particularly for hourly clients.
Requirements and Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, working efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.

Experience with financial software, including Intacct and QuickBooks.

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
