Financial Operations Manager

Job Description:

This role is responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial operations within the company, including developing and maintaining effective accounting control systems, providing strategic financial analysis, managing day-to-day accounting functions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain efficient accounting control systems
  • Provide in-depth financial analysis to support business initiatives
  • Manage all day-to-day accounting activities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Professional accounting certification, preferably a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
  • Minimum of 10 years of accounting and financial reporting experience
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial planning, taxation, and financial analysis
  • Experience in leading and managing a team
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, multitask, and prioritize competing demands
