The Mission

As our first AI hire and a key team member, you'll design the master blueprint for our interconnected AI systems and build the core intelligence behind our Data Flywheel.

You will be making foundational design decisions and building sophisticated AI engines that redefine an entire industry, not incremental improvements.

What You Are
  • A Visionary Systems Architect: With 5+ years of experience designing, architecting, and deploying complex machine learning systems from scratch.
  • An Expert in Modern AI Stacks: Deep, practical expertise with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases like Pinecone and Weaviate.
  • A Hands-On Architect: Proficient in Python and its ML ecosystem, comfortable writing code to bring architectural visions to life on cloud platforms.
  • A Strategic, Systems-Level Thinker: Capable of zooming out to see the big picture and solving complex technical challenges with scalable, resilient, and elegant systems.
