About the role

We're building a next-generation AI-native platform at our organization.

  • Our team is seeking a software engineer to design scalable APIs and integrate structured data with machine learning models.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure our platform remains secure and reliable as we grow.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain backend services and APIs for core customer relationship management objects.
  • Integrate large language models with structured data through function calling and other AI-driven workflows.
  • Implement systems that ensure AI outputs are traceable and reliable.
  • Develop and optimize data models in PostgreSQL/Prisma.
  • Build secure, multi-tenant features with role-based access control/attribute-based access control and audit logging.
  • Support embeddings and vector search for intelligent free-text queries.
  • Optimize pipelines for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in software development.
  • Strong skills in Node.js/NestJS.
  • Proficiency in REST & GraphQL API design.
  • Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL (Prisma or TypeORM).
  • Familiarity with large language model APIs and AI/ML workflows.
  • Understanding of event-driven systems.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance best practices.
  • Strong communication skills.
