Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Expert

We are seeking an experienced AI engineer to join our advanced analytics and AI team. This is a key opportunity for individuals who want to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models at scale.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable ML models for real-world applications using Python, PySpark, and MLflow. You will work with large datasets and leverage modern ML frameworks to train, evaluate, and fine-tune models using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

You will collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and software developers to ensure reproducibility and version control of ML experiments. Additionally, you will monitor and improve model performance for accuracy, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Deployment: Design, build, and deploy scalable ML models for real-world applications.
  • Data Processing: Develop and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines, process structured and unstructured data with Pandas, NumPy, and other libraries.
  • Model Training: Train, evaluate, and fine-tune models using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and software developers to ensure reproducibility and version control of ML experiments.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and improve model performance for accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
Requirements:
  • Python Programming: Strong programming expertise in Python.
  • Machine Learning: Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques.
  • Big Data Processing: Experience with PySpark for big data processing and proficiency with MLflow for model lifecycle management.
  • LLMs: Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers) and knowledge of MLOps principles and deployment best practices.
Bonus Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
