Key Responsibilities:

As an Inside Sales Executive at A2ZHIRE, you will be responsible for selling a broad range of IT software and hardware products to new and existing customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage and track prospects and opportunities effectively.

Customer Engagement:

You will develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, conduct needs assessments to understand customer challenges, and provide appropriate solutions.

You will also deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting key benefits and features.

Additionally, you will manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, prepare and deliver accurate sales quotes, proposals, and contracts, and collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met.

Product Knowledge:

You will maintain a deep understanding of A2ZHIRE\'s IT software and hardware offerings, stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies, and educate customers on the benefits and advantages of the products being offered.

You will also provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Manager, analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and monitor and report on customer satisfaction and market conditions.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in engineering (BE) and/or Masters in Business Administration (MBA), BBA, and a minimum of 1+ years of inside sales experience in the IT industry, specifically in software and hardware sales.

They will also have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation and closing skills, ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts, and proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.

The ideal candidate will also be self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset, able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a basic understanding of IT software and hardware products, including but not limited to servers, storage solutions, networking equipment, cybersecurity tools, and enterprise software.

They will also have familiarity with cloud computing solutions, SaaS, and other emerging technologies.
