Key Responsibilities

  • Lead digital transformation in large enterprise organizations to drive customer success.
  • Conduct discovery sessions and workshops to identify business challenges and issues.
  • Develop innovative solutions using out-of-the-box thinking and build demonstrations and prototypes.
  • Engage with stakeholders to create solution presentations and roadmaps that articulate how partners can implement and accept solutions.
  • Present business value to managers and executives at all levels, delivering functional and technical responses to RFPs/RFIs.
  • Collaborate as an excellent teammate, contributing to team knowledge and sharing new ideas.
  • Integrate cloud applications with existing business applications and technology, engaging with IT on technical and enterprise architecture.
  • Manage multiple customer engagements concurrently and take initiative as a self-motivated professional.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in pre-sales or implementation of customer engagement solutions, supporting sales cycles in selling CRM or high-value business solutions.
  • Strong focus and experience in financial services for large enterprise customers (banks, insurance, fintech, NBFCs) is required.
  • Ability to demonstrate customer engagement solutions, understand and drive use cases, customer journeys, and ability to draw day-in-life examples across different LOBs in the financial services industry.
  • Knowledge in Enterprise Architecture/Solution Architecture/Technical Architecture from a customer engagement perspective.
  • Business analysis, business case, and return-on-investment construction skills are essential.
  • Experience in sophisticated solution selling to enterprise customers within the financial services industry.
  • Broad understanding and ability to articulate benefits of Cloud Computing, SFA, Service & Support, Marketing, and Mobile solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques.
