Clinical Expertise Specialist for Disability Leave Services

We are looking for a highly motivated Clinical Expertise Specialist to join our Disability Leave Services (DLS) organization. As a clinical resource, you will assist case managers in providing medical evaluations and clinical services to support employees with disabilities or leave-related issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical knowledge of ICD-10 diagnostic codes, functional impairment, and work capacity. You will be expected to review medical documents, provide recommendations on employee functionality, and co-manage cases with case managers to optimize outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing medical evaluations and clinical services to DLS organization
- Serving as a clinical subject matter expert to disability and leave case managers
- Assisting case managers with clinical recommendations and interpreting medical documents
- Co-managing cases to optimize the case management process and proactively impact optimal case outcomes
This role requires sound critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute position responsibilities with minimal guidance. Travel up to 10% domestic and/or international is also required.

Pune, Maharashtra, India
The salary for this role is estimated at ₹35,00,000 - ₹45,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of human resources experience
- Experience with HR processes and systems
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with process improvement and stakeholder management
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards
