Credit Management Leader

To spearhead and oversee the credit assessment and control process, ensuring timely recoveries of outstanding payments, minimizing potential risks, and maintaining a healthy cash flow while supporting business expansion and customer relationships.

  • Lead and manage a team of experienced credit controllers across different locations
  • Develop and implement credit control procedures (credit limits, policies) and strategies to manage divisional credit exposure
  • Establish governance mechanisms and define KPIs for performance monitoring of the credit evaluation and control function
Cash Flow & Financial Coordination
  • Foster collaboration with the finance department to ensure adequate cash flow for the division, driving return on capital employed (ROCE) and working capital optimization, receivables forecasting accuracy, and reduction in Days Sales Outstanding
Reporting & Analytics
  • Define and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership, RSMs, and ZSMs to enable data-driven decision-making
  • Publish relevant reports and factsheets as per leadership requirements, including collection performance summaries, aging analysis, and exception reports
Operational Oversight
  • Coach and support the credit evaluation and control team in managing day-to-day activities using the Accounts Receivable solution
  • Streamline the collection of doubtful debts through a defined escalation workflow and timely exception handling
