In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our systems and applications. This includes designing and developing resiliency in application code, troubleshooting incidents, and participating in incident management.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of system performance, testing, and programming. You will also need to be able to monitor, measure, and optimize system performance and network communication.

We are looking for a candidate who is experienced in ops automation using scripting languages such as Python or Ansible. You should also have knowledge of CI/CD pipeline concepts, values, and tools, as well as experience with Kubernetes and AWS.

Additional responsibilities include providing technical support for systems and platforms, monitoring application functions, and resolving issues to maintain optimal conditions for system applications.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or industry certification in an applicable IT field, plus 3 years of relevant experience

  • Experience with Kubernetes and AWS
  • Strong understanding of system performance, testing, and programming
  • Ability to monitor, measure, and optimize system performance and network communication
