Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our files daily.

You will perform technical checks on various file types and ensure that subtitles conform to industry and client requirements. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conforming language subtitles to Deluxe guidelines and meeting specific client requirements.
  • Checking against reference material related to the project and implementing required instructions for a consistent and error-free final product.
  • Maintaining high work quality with less than 1% error rate and ensuring an average quality yield of at least 99% throughout the year for all clients.
  • Updating work trackers to accurately denote project status.
  • Ensuring timely delivery for all clients.
  • Coordinating with teams and updating Project Notes to implement changes or fixes in languages based on errors found.
  • Providing feedback to other users and departments when standard procedures are not followed to ensure quality measures are implemented upstream.
  • Communicating clearly and effectively with internal and external clients.
  • Taking ownership of one's work.
  • Following schedules, guidelines, and demonstrating schedule adherence and attendance.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Mentoring and coaching newer recruits to meet expected quality standards.
  • Promoting teamwork and suggesting improvements to workflows.
  • Actively participating in job and personal knowledge training programs.
  • Displaying eagerness and willingness to learn other aspects of the process, contributing to individual growth.
