Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled US Tax Associate to join our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. As a full-time member of our US tax department, you will be responsible for preparing personal, corporate, and trust income tax returns, as well as other tax elections.
This role requires excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. You will work closely with partners and senior staff to develop effective strategies and client tax planning assignments.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 2-3 years of experience in preparing and reviewing 1040 personal income tax returns and 1120 corporate income tax returns. Public accounting experience, preferably in tax, is also highly desirable.
About the Role
- Prepare and review US tax returns, including personal and corporate income tax returns.
- Apply provisions of US tax treaties to cross-border tax transactions.
- Collaborate with partners and senior staff on tax planning and strategy development.
- Build relationships with clients and understand their business needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in tax preparation and review.
- Public accounting experience (preferably in tax).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
