Greetings from an organization that's pushing the boundaries of AI innovation. We seek a pioneering Senior Machine Learning Engineer to spearhead our efforts in developing robust Generative AI models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop sophisticated generative AI models leveraging RAG, transformers, and other innovative techniques.
  • Tune pre-trained LLMs for specific tasks and domains, driving superior performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct groundbreaking research on novel methods to enhance the capabilities and effectiveness of generative AI models.
  • Apply rigorous software engineering best practices to machine learning/generative AI pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and reliability.
  • Assess and analyze the performance of ML/generative AI models, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI research, adapting our strategies to stay at the forefront of innovation.
  • Facilitate the development and deployment of proof-of-concept Generative AI systems, fostering a culture of collaboration and experimentation.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in generative AI or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results.
  • Experience in building data pipelines, deploying ML/GenAI models in production, and monitoring their performance is essential.
  • Strong programming skills in Python are mandatory, with familiarity with RAG and other techniques for building generative models highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience with Git, Docker, and a good understanding of Linux for managing servers is required.
  • Experience with cloud-based ecosystems, especially AWS ML/GenAI services, is a significant plus.
  • Exposure to ML/GenAI frameworks and tools is necessary, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment is crucial, with a methodical and meticulous approach towards work and planning.
