Job Title:

Senior Risk and Assurance Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation and remediation activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize key risks, and develop effective risk mitigation plans.
  • Provide assurance updates to senior leadership on key risks and mitigation actions.
  • Run training sessions and workshops to enhance risk awareness across assigned countries.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm or finance/audit background with expertise in ERC functions.
  • Proven track record of leading complex projects and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
Desirable Skills:
  • Project Management certification.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, device, or healthcare industries with relevant exposure to ERC functions.
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations related to healthcare industry.
