Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Professional to spearhead Hardware Operations, driving efficiency and excellence across our global supply chain network.

  • Main Responsibilities
    • Lead and monitor end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring seamless coordination with sales teams, contract manufacturers, distributors, and customers.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans, aligning with customer requirements and business objectives.
    • Manage inventory levels, optimize shipping schedules, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain supply chain agility and responsiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in supply chain or customer service roles, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to drive change management initiatives.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software tools.
  • Familiarity with inventory planning, warehouse management, and purchase order processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail, coupled with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Prior experience in hardware distribution or contract manufacturing is highly desirable.
