Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and implementing personalized learning plans in collaboration with parents and therapists.
  • Providing instructional support to students based on their unique needs and learning styles.
  • Modifying the standard curriculum to meet the abilities of students with disabilities.
  • Implementing behavior intervention plans and using positive behavior supports.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support academic and social development.

We seek candidates with expertise in special education, passion for supporting diverse learners, and a commitment to continuous professional growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or equivalent.
  • 3-7 years' experience working with children and adults with multiple disabilities.
  • Patient, empathetic, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using educational technology and assistive aids.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
