Performance Marketing Lead

We are seeking a driven performance marketer to oversee and optimize Meta ads campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Platforms to achieve strong ROAS.
  • Full-Funnel Performance Marketing: Manage audience targeting, A/B testing, creatives, copy, and landing pages to drive conversions.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally with design, brand, and product teams to craft compelling ad experiences.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager, taking action to improve CTR, conversion rates, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Brand Consistency & Asset Management: Work closely with design & content to ensure consistency in brand messaging and campaign assets.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track and report campaign performance using dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Industry Trends & Best Practices: Stay updated on the latest ad platform features, trends, and algorithm changes.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for B2C or travel brands.
  • Budget Management & ROI: Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve strong ROAS.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Conversion APIs, and audience retargeting, as well as analytical and detail-oriented skills with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets.
