Job Title

Job Summary/Objective: This role involves overseeing the end-to-end import, export, inland transport, and logistics processes for sensitive semiconductor equipment, ODC cargo, utilities, gas, chemicals, other direct/indirect materials, and finished goods products.

The specialist coordinates activities between suppliers, customers, logistics partners, licensing authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless operations, cost-effectiveness, and strict compliance with all relevant international trade laws and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish logistics processes for inbound and outbound semiconductor equipment's, utilities, gas, chemicals, other direct/indirect materials, and finished goods products transportation from global and domestic locations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound logistics activities.
  • Manage transportation and logistics across multiple warehouses, ensuring timely product delivery.
  • Identify potential risks in the supply chain, such as transportation delays, supply disruptions, or natural disasters.
  • Possess a strong understanding of regulations concerning import and export, storage, and distribution of gases and chemicals.
  • Analyse logistics workflows and KPIs to identify cost-saving initiatives.
  • Manage reverse logistics.
