Sales Manager Role

We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive adoption of Cloud within Enterprise accounts in the North Region Direct Sales segment. The ideal candidate will have a business-savvy approach with technical sales background to establish our company in the Enterprise Segment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying, structuring, and managing strategic accounts and commercial deals to drive business growth.
  • Developing and executing comprehensive account plans, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building long-term relationships with CXOs.
  • Conducting mass presentations, demos of AWS solutions, and understanding pre-sales SOW/documentation.
  • Working with ISV/OEM/AWS BDMs to extend reach and drive adoption.
  • Cadences with AWS teams, planning jointly with our principal OEM, and managing contract negotiations.
  • Sharing prospect feedback regarding services, pricing, and offering suggestions for additional services.
  • Working closely with Marketing to ensure account-specific plans, workshops, engagement programs, and sales enablement.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of direct IT product or services sales experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales pipeline at large enterprise accounts through leading outbound prospecting teams.
  • Experience in selling Cloud services, preferably with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud services.
  • Responsible for creating and iterating the sales development process, methodology, campaigns, hiring profiles, training, and enablement.
