Job Summary:
We're seeking a skilled Software Dev Engineer II to join our team. This role involves designing and developing mission-critical fulfillment technology for medication safety and rapid delivery capabilities.
You'll work on complex distributed systems handling inventory management, order orchestration, and compliance-critical workflows. The ideal candidate brings strong systems design experience and expertise in building highly available services.
The opportunity to integrate with cutting-edge robotics and automation systems is also available. You'll leverage AI to optimize delivery speeds, enhance accuracy, and improve operational efficiency.
About the Role:
This position offers the chance to work on high-priority projects that impact millions of people. As a founding member of the Bangalore team, you'll be part of shaping the company's fulfillment technology strategy.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of professional software development experience
- 2+ years of design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
- Experience programming with at least one software programming language
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
