Position Overview
The Head of Total Rewards plays a pivotal role in shaping our compensation and rewards strategy. This position involves developing and executing a comprehensive global compensation framework, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Implement Global Compensation Frameworks
- Develop and implement differentiated rewards programs, encompassing short-term incentives (STIPs), long-term incentives (LTIPs), and executive compensation.
- Establish and maintain a robust job architecture model for consistent and equitable job classifications, structures, and career progression paths across the organization.
- Conduct thorough global compensation benchmarking to ensure competitiveness in attracting and retaining top talent within the IT services industry.
- Lead the development of compensation surveys, cost models, and market analysis to align compensation packages with global industry standards and company objectives.
- Administer and manage global benefits programs, ensuring consistency and competitiveness across regions while aligning with employee needs and organizational goals.
- Provide detailed analytical support and insights for compensation planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to evaluate and recommend compensation solutions that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and performance.
- Develop, maintain, and update compensation-related reports and dashboards.
- Communicate total rewards programs to employees, ensuring clarity, understanding, and alignment with organizational culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A minimum of 7 years experience in a senior Total Rewards or Compensation and Benefits leadership role, preferably within a global IT services or technology company.
- Strong expertise in establishing and managing a global compensation framework, job architecture, and rewards strategy.
- In-depth experience with compensation benchmarking, STIPs, LTIPs, and executive compensation practices.
- Exceptional analytical skills, including experience in data modeling, statistical analysis, and advanced Excel functions.
- Excellent understanding of market trends in compensation and benefits, particularly within the IT services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and present ideas persuasively to senior management.
