About the Role

The Deputy Director, Platform Speed Planning is a high-impact leadership position that combines logistics, technology and customer experience. The role involves leading a strategic team responsible for shaping our network-wide inventory and fulfillment strategy to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Elevate speed and efficiency by owning core processes for inventory placement and allocation, influencing delivery speed and optimizing holding costs across all Myntra nodes.
  • Innovate and automate cutting-edge inventory models and controls that improve operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Optimize resources by ensuring efficient use of space and capacity to maximize inventory turns and revenue.
  • Solve complex challenges by leveraging business understanding to identify operational gaps and drive development of innovative solutions.
  • Drive strategic change by leading key initiatives from blueprint to business impact, championing projects that improve supply chain.
  • Collaborate for success by building strong relationships and influencing senior leaders across operations, category management and planning to achieve shared business objectives.
  • Build a winning team by mentoring and leading talented individuals capable of delivering critical organizational priorities.
About You

We are seeking an experienced professional with 6+ years in e-commerce, supply chain or operations, holding a Tier-1/2 MBA degree. A masterful problem solver with exceptional analytical skills and focus on data-driven decision-making is essential. A decisive leader who thrives in ambiguous environments and sets clear priorities with minimal guidance is required. Compelling communication skills to rally cross-functional and C-suite leaders towards a common goal are necessary. Proven team building experience with passion for developing and motivating high-performing talent is desirable. Proficiency in MS Office and SQL is also required.
