Financial Planning Consultant

Join a talented team of Oracle Cloud professionals working with clients across North America.

As a Financial Planning Consultant, you will lead the design and deployment of enterprise planning solutions in Oracle EPM Cloud. Partner with client finance teams to gather requirements and map processes to deliver actionable insights.

  • Configure planning models, consolidation rules, and reconciliation profiles to support budgeting, forecasting, close, and reconciliation processes.
  • Develop calculation rules, business logic, dashboards, and reports to deliver strategic guidance.
  • Manage data flows between EPM applications and source systems for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct workshops, prototype sessions, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Stay current on Oracle quarterly updates to recommend and implement new capabilities.

What We're Looking For:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience delivering Oracle EPM Cloud implementations with expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong functional knowledge of financial planning processes.
  • Proficiency in configuring calculation rules and forms in EPM Cloud.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to guide clients through business and system design.
