Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled FP&A Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for various teams within the organization.

  • Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for supported teams.
  • Manage the preparation and delivery of accurate financial reports and dashboards.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with global finance teams to provide actionable insights that drive business performance.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate reporting standards and local regulations.
  • Be the subject matter expert (SME) and mentor team members on standard FP&A principles and operating procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles.
  • Experience in a COE or shared services environment is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Key Skills
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of automation tools and process improvement methodologies.
