Senior Research Professor

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Research Professor to lead our research initiatives in Computer Science Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of publishing high-impact research and presenting at premier conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead advanced research projects, mentoring research scholars and contributing to the university's mission of research excellence.
  • Publish original research in top-tier international journals and present at leading conferences, securing funding through grants and collaboration with industry partners.
  • Mentor PhD scholars and research students, guiding their research work and development, facilitating interdisciplinary research and fostering collaborations within the university and with external institutions.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and conferences to promote research culture, providing expert advice on research strategy and development.
  • Contribute to academic leadership and participate in research-focused committees and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Computer Science Engineering or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution, with a minimum of 15-20 years of experience in research, teaching, or industry.
  • Demonstrated excellence in research through publications in reputable journals and conferences, proven ability to lead large-scale research projects.
  • Experience in supervising doctoral research scholars, strong expertise in key areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, commitment to fostering a dynamic and inclusive research environment.
