Senior Service Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with business analysts and team members to understand business requirements and create technical solutions aligned with business and IT strategies.
  • Build new features and customize the ServiceNow application to lead to higher process maturity and efficiency in the tool, supporting service transformation requirements.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant industry experience, including minimum 6 years of experience in ServiceNow application development.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as Service Portal, HR Service Delivery, HR Onboarding and Transitions, and ITSM.
  • Proven ability to translate stakeholder requirements into scalable ServiceNow applications and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist
