Job Title: Course Facilitator for Insolvency and Bankruptcy Training

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to serve as a Course Facilitator for our Insolvency and Bankruptcy training programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, guiding participants, and ensuring successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive training programs on insolvency and bankruptcy
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date course materials and study resources
  • Provide guidance and support to participants throughout the training program
  • Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to update course content
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in insolvency, bankruptcy, or related fields
  • In-depth knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and regulations
  • Proven training and teaching experience
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certification in insolvency or bankruptcy
  • Experience in exam preparation and training programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
