Senior Influencer Marketing Executive

We are seeking an experienced Senior Influencer Marketing Executive to join our team. This is a critical role in our marketing strategy, requiring someone with expertise in influencer outreach and campaign management.

Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Outreach & Campaign Management: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers across various social media platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Content Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with influencers to create authentic, engaging, and brand-aligned content, adhering to our brand guidelines and optimized for performance.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, including reach, engagement, and return on investment (ROI) metrics, providing detailed reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with our brand, product, and creative teams to align influencer activities with marketing objectives, coordinating with agencies to execute campaigns effectively.
  • Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest trends in influencer marketing and the beauty/wellness industry, identifying emerging influencers and innovative campaign ideas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably in the beauty/wellness industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.) and influencer landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficient in using influencer marketing tools such as HypeAuditor, Qoruz, or similar platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness products.
