Job Title: Beauty Professional

This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and drive business growth. As a Beauty Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and leading a team of talented individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets by driving upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.
  • Maintain high service standards to achieve NPS > 90%.
  • Conduct client consultations, resolve concerns, and ensure timely package execution and follow-ups.
  • Maintain SOP adherence, hygiene, and equipment upkeep.
  • Track product consumption, manage stock effectively, and ensure accurate documentation and system entries.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate the Beauty team.
  • Allocate work, manage rosters, and monitor performance.
  • Conduct regular meetings, share promotions/incentives, and resolve grievances.
  • Partner with other teams for cross-functional growth and activations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong technical knowledge in skin & hair services.
  • Sales-driven with proven ability to achieve targets.
  • Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Client-centric with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Flexible to handle shifts, relocations, and promotional duties.
