Job Description

As a Manager, Data Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of data-driven decision making. You will be responsible for managing projects involving audit analytics and continuous control monitoring.

Your expertise will serve as an overlay to existing technical and domain specialists, bringing value through principled audit analytics and solution leadership skills. You will be encouraged to be passionate about the BFS industry's realities and pain points, leveraging analytics and technology to solve these challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding business processes and potential risk scenarios.
  • Conceptualizing appropriate logic for analyzing potential risk scenarios.
  • Ability to understand requirements clearly and flexibility in learning new data sources and technologies, meeting tight deadlines, and delivering quality reports for auditors.
  • Maintaining strong client focus by building positive relationships with clients, scheduling, conducting, and speaking publicly on key client meetings.
  • Optimizing complex scripts in the technology of expertise and reviewing results to identify false positives based on business understanding.
  • Being a self-starter and eager to solve business problems using experience and skills.
  • Mentoring, training, and advising less experienced staff.
  • 30% travel in India and overseas if required.
  • Superb communication skills and willingness to stretch and multi-task.
  • May be assigned on a project on a long-term basis.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum qualifications/skills:

  • Preferred postgraduates: MCom, MSc (IT), MBA (IT), BE.
  • Relevant experience in the related field of Audit, Business, Financial analytics (Non-banking).

Preferred qualifications/skills:

  • Knowledge of analytical tools.
  • American Computerized Library, Qlikview/Tableau, Structured Query Language, Alteryx - Should have any 2 or more.
  • Visual Basic Application, Power BI, PowerPoint, Governance Risk Compliance Solutions - Good to have.
