As a seasoned Salesforce HealthCloud consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving project requirements gathering, solution development, and client education for leading healthcare clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting workshops to gather and document client needs
  • Mapping healthcare processes into Salesforce HealthCloud solutions
  • Configuring Salesforce HealthCloud, Care Plans, Patient/Provider data models, and workflows
  • Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for HealthCloud features
  • Collaborating with Architects, Developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Training client and internal teams on HealthCloud functionality

Required skills and experience:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in HealthCloud implementations as a Functional Consultant
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows (screening, primary care, aged care)
  • Expertise in FHIR, HL7 standards
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Salesforce HealthCloud Consultant Certification is highly preferred

Additional Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies
