**Job Summary:** We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with international sales experience to expand our client base and increase sales revenue. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of winning projects through freelancer platforms, establishing partnerships through technical collaboration, and reaching out to large companies for outsourcing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients in the digital product and IT services sectors. Develop strategies to reach decision makers and generate interest in our offerings.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions that add value.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth by closing new business deals. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this information to inform business development strategies and identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience of sales in EMEA, North America region
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in business development and sales, specifically in the IT industry.
  • Demonstrated success in winning projects through freelancer platforms and other online marketplaces.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Technical background or knowledge of IT services and solutions is a plus.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
