As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead the quality and food safety function in a globally certified facility.
- Lead and manage a QA/QC team across production, lab, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with international food safety standards and regulations.
- Approve and monitor SOPs, CCPs, PRPs, and ensure effective implementation.
- Manage organic certifications, transaction certificates, and maintain mass balance & traceability records.
- Drive supplier audits, vendor compliance, and raw material quality assurance.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, recalls, and CAPA.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement projects, reduce defects, and enhance food safety culture.
Our ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in quality and food safety, preferably in the psyllium, oil seeds, or spices industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership role in a globally certified facility.
